As far as Italian food you have Reno's favority Bella Luna within your city limits, Battista's Whole in the Wall right there (its average), you have some of the premiere Italian restaurants in your city and I am sure there is a Sbarros somewhere in your vicinity.
AT WHAT POINT DID YOU THINK PIZZA HUT WOULD HAVE GOOD PASTA??
