THe higher the tax rate the harder it is to accumulate wealth and get ahead.

also the predispositon of this entire thread is somewhat ludicrous as all these wealthy states proclaimed as obviously democrat were mostly if not all republican when these money centers you are bandying abt came to being.
Silicon Valleys rise to fame came when? Somewhere around one of the two times Cali voted for Reagan.
