I know you people think it is a good thing to promote high birth rates amongst those least able to parent you have been doing it to the detriment of eevery man woman and child on the planet for at least 40yrs now.

there is an 80% chance if you don't have a HS diploma and get married/have kids prior to your 20th birthday that you will end up on welfare.

there is an 8% chance otherwise.

pretty much says it all abt sex, teens-what ideals the gov't should be promoting vs what they are promoting now.
