let me give you an example...
statistics shows that African Americans has a higher rate of aids/hiv than white americans.
why should we believe that when in fact more than 80% of white americans goes to private doctors where their informations forbiden to the public and where 80% of african americans goes to public facilities where their information are leased to the general public. how can you make judgement base on a smaller % of white vesus a larger % or african americans???????? the samething goes for teen pregancies....while a vast majority of black teens pregancies are been released only a smaller percent of white teens pregnancies are been released...why? for the very same reasons.....information on white are kept secretly..
