build floating polar bear islands-these could be anchored in some way-basically barges

sounds a little whacky
but they built artificial reefs

i love polar bears but not as much as humans-and i am tired of hearing these environmentalists

theyve noticed because of the situation going on with the polar bear is that they are moving south and now inter-breeding with the grizzlys.
