Default Paying welfare but not state workers

That is currently taking place in the wonderful Commonwealth of PA.

I talked to a guy who I know works for the DOT on the roads,
he told me they have been getting about 20% of their pay.

went on further to say that although it is a given they will eventually get their back pay,
they are basically doing zero work right now.

all the while, welfare crowd getting full pay,
unemployed crowd just had state benefits extended to an unbelievable 70 weeks,
almost forgot the prisoners are still being paid for making license plates et al.

it is a fukking abomination and this on top of the state reaping untold billions from the casinos which did not exist a handful of years ago.

problem-private business off 20-40% or more over the past 3 yrs,
size of gov't reduced by 20-40% or more?
