my friend's father was the chairman of the english department at u of m when jimmy johnson was coach
he was hard on his professors and made them write original pieces to get tenure
tenure is everything to these people

its huge financially psychologically

but as been recently discovered she had problemas way before then

the best teachers are patient-anybody can teach a talented person...
