Looks like it doesn't matter what place BB comes in,
the bet is on who finishes highest not counting him.

But of course they could have worded it better,
guy who wrote probably isn't even aware that "placed" itself is a racing term.

If I bet it I would call them in advance and make sure I was betting exactly what I thought I was betting.

Actually, this is a crappy bet. BB is going to win, so a 7-6 ex is going to pay at least $17, I think.
