How sad is that. Race 2 at Deleware on a Tuesday. Papi Chullo in for the claiming price of $16,000 after over a year off. Think any one claims him? Owners must know he has nothing left. So goes life when you are a gelding.

He went in as 8/5 second choice and labored home at a rotten 1:47:4 in the 1 1/16 mile race. It was ugly. Didn't hear if any claims were put in.

What a freakin' shame. Papi was a hard knocker.
I remember betting him hard when he came off a
layoff at the fairgrounds (when he was trained by
Adam Kitchingman.) I followed him for the
majority of his career.

THAT was a race horse.

beats being 'dog food'...lol...maybe someone should look up the former 'owners to 'see' how well 'they' are doing...???...such is the 'SPORT OF KINGS'...
