Default Bodog pay out problems

I requested a payout on May 3rd and it was approved May 4th. They say it takes 20 to 25 business days for you to recieve your maney. Ive called twice and the keep saying it is coming. This week they said I should have it by June 25th. I am not very confident with that date. Has anyone else had similar problems or is this just an isolated incident.

Takes forever with a check. Everywhere. Not just Bodog. You'll easily have it by Christmas.

I had a check come to me in 9 days a few months back, I put in for a payment a day after the Belmont and it was confirmed the next day, it will come I am sure. But the wait is the only drawback. I don't have a problem with the way they do it, its better than paying a vig. Good luck

Easy to deposit- Hard to withdrawl! a paper check, is something all of the off shore books need to improve on. It will never be confused with the mouse trap!

That is still waaaaaaaaaay too long. They want your money they they take their sweet ass time on paying back. I cant help it, they(meaning all race/sports books) want to run a buisness and want you to think they are really wanting to help the gamblers but they dont like turning loose of the money when they lose. I used to work at a casino part time and they are the same way. Willing to bend over backwards for the gambler UNTIL they finally hit it big. They they are dicks....

It has everything to do with payment processors. After the law went into effect last year, it's much more difficult to get payments processed.

It has nothing with Bodog being "dicks"

I used everything from track totes and offshores and I will say that before Neteller went away Race books from Pinnacle to VIP horses and everything in between would pay really quick. Bodog too.

The whole thing was flipped upside down when the processors had to go bye-bye.

I asked about FedX or DHL and they said it would take 15 to 20 days that way versus 20-to 25 days.

I'll do you one better - Closed my account May 25th. They told me I'd have check within 3-4 weeks. Almost 2 months later check FINALLY shows up via Fedex!! Check is from a German company drawn on a Canadian bank - hope it clears!

Default from 15 to 24 to 32 now over 40

Don't be surprised if Bodog goes under as far as the USA is concerned. The feds have been all over them and are looking for any way to kill their operations in the USA. I have received 3 payments from them since jan 25 buss. days then 24 bd, then 32 bd. now they are saying at the site it will be over 40 bd for payments. either they are financially hurting or the feds are getting close. I'm pulling all $$ out till this gets better, if they will send me all my $$$.

Bodog is financially sound from all indications I have seen...It is the ability of them to find payment processors that is the issue, and all off shore books apparently have this problem.

If you want send a complaint off, please CC all correspondence to President Bush and Congress.

I have sent them complaints even called them all they do is say sry but it's what it is and too bad. They don't give a crap about an individual. As for Bush and Congress they don't know one end of horse from the other. Hell this industry is dying look at Churchill Downs they own Calder but can't take bets on Calder at their Twin Spires site, how dumb is that. STUPIDITY REIGNS SUPREME IN HORSERACING.

Default Faster Payout Options Are Available

First I want to point out that there are no problems with Bodog. They're very secure financially. The problem is with the processing of checks as a third party handles this. This has been a problem on and off for ALL offshore betting companies since early 2007.

Bodog has a much faster option for withdrawals and deposits available. It's called "Rapid Transfer". Using this method you will receive payouts within 5 business days for a small fee.

I've pasted below information directly from Bodog.

"Rapid Transfer is a quick and easy deposit method that we offer our clients as an alternative to making a credit card deposit. This method allows you to transfer funds quickly and conveniently; deposits can be made by Cash or Debit for a minimum amount of $100.00. Although a flat fee of $9.45 to $9.99 is charged for all transfers, we offer to cover those fees for deposits made over the amount $200.00. The convenience that Rapid Transfer also offers is that when you deposit through this method you may also receive a payout through this method and the timeframes are 3-5 business days to receive your payout."

This alternative was not mentioned at any time during my conversations about withdrawing funds from my account. Next time i'll try this method.

Default Flyman???

I also was not told about the Rapid Transfer option when I spoke to them about my last 2 requests. Also there is no time frame indicated at the Rapid Transfer info page, so I don't know where your data comes from. Also lets be serious about this delay. We all know Bodog is collecting interst on the money we request ubtil they actually transfer funds to the 3rd party to send a check. It's hard for me to beloeve a company with multi millions of $$$ to be sent out can't find a company that whats a percentage of that total amount to perform the payout. Why didn'y Bodog have the comman coutesy to inform me that the time frame had changed from 25 BD when they approved my payout to the new 40BD time frrame.
You say the entire industry has this problem does that mean EHorses is BS us by saying payouts in less than 2 weeks.
